How to Use Olive Oil for Weight Loss

There are many people who are suffering from Obesity. Olive oil is loaded with vitamin C, E, K and fatty acids. Monounsaturated fatty acids present in extra virgin olive oil helps in reducing weight fast and also keep our heart healthy.

How to Use Olive Oil for Weight Loss:-

Drink one tablespoon of olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach. Regular consumption of olive oil helps you reduce body weight and appetite.

2. Olive Oil and Lemon:-

In 1/4 cup of olive oil, add two tablespoons of lemon juice. Drink this before going to bed. Regularly consumption of this drink help you to lose your body fat fast.

3. Olive Oil and Cucumber:-

Mix 250 grams of sliced cucumber, 1 teaspoon each of olive oil and salt. Take it as a diet or snacks. It will keep your stomach full.
