Constipation is a health problem that occurs when bowel movements are irregular or hard to pass.
Bananas are fully loaded with vitamins, fiber and minerals. Higher content of fiber in banana helps in preventing and relieving from constipation.
How to Use Banana for Constipation:-
One medium size banana contains 3.1 grams of fiber. Fiber is important nutrient which promotes absorption of water and make the feces soft. Eat 2-3 bananas between your meals.
2. Banana and Honey:-
Take 2 ripe bananas and cut the banana into small slices. Blend the slices with 2 teaspoons of honey and water. Drink this mixture twice a day. This mixture help you to relieve from constipation. Honey have laxative properties that provide relief from constipation.
3. Banana and Warm Milk:-
Take a ripe banana and cut it into small slices. Mix these slices in a warm milk. Drink this mixture regularly until you get rid from constipation.
