Constipation is a condition of the digestive system where a person suffer from bowel movements that are not frequent or difficult to pass. There are many causes of constipation like lack of fiber in your diet, less physical activities, Irritable bowel syndrome and medications etc.
Apple cider vinegar is fully loaded with pectin, which is a soluble dietary fiber and lack of fiber is a main reason behind the constipation. So, this is the reason why many experts recommend apple cider vinegar for constipation. If you take diabetes, insulin or digoxin medicine then talk to your doctor before consuming it regularly.
How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Constipation:-
1. Apple Cider Vinegar with Warm Water
Mix one tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar with one cup of warm water and drink this twice a day. This mixture will relieve you from constipation.
2. Baking Soda + Apple Cider Vinegar
Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in bowl and then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to it. Stir them well and consume this mixture once or twice a day.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar + Honey
Mix 2 tablespoons each of apple cider vinegar and honey and then dissolve in a glass of warm water. wait for its cooling then drink this twice a day.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar + Flax Seeds
Add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds in 2 cups of water and then boil it for 10 minutes. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it and drink this mixture daily.
