Home Remedies To Keep Body Cool in This Summer Naturally

As we know summer is coming and everyone has to deal with this hot climate and mostly hates it, due to sweat, heat exposure and many other problems like this.

So in this article, we will tell you some method to keep your body cool this summer:-

1. Avoid cold drinks such as coca -cola, limca and pepsi etc. Because these drinks keep your body cool temporarily for a few minutes but actually a source of heat in the body.

2 . Drink at least 3-4 liters of water throughout the day. As water consumption is increased in summer and your body will produce heat if not provided the sufficient amount of water.

Now we are giving some remedies which will keep your body cool in summer:-

1. Honey + Milk

Mix 1 tablespoon of honey in 1 glass of milk. Consume this on daily basis and it works wonders.

2. Apply Sandalwood Powder on Your Skin:-

Apply sandalwood on skin and rub it thoroughly all over skin before taking bath. It is best cooling agent for body according to ayurveda.

3. Peppermint Drink:-

Mix mint or pudina leaves into any of your favourite drink such as lemon juice or even water alone to keep your body cool.
