Apple Cider Vinegar for Acid Reflux

Acid reflux is a common health problem. You feel heartburn in your lower region of chest. Bad breath, heartburn, bloating and feeling sick are the main symptoms of acid reflux.

Apple cider vinegar have acidic properties which break down the fat content and helps in digestion which further prevent acid reflux.

How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Acid Reflux

1. Apple Cider Vinegar and Water:-

Dilute small amount of apple cider vinegar into a water. Drink this mixture before or after a meal. You can also drink this combination whenever your heartburn strikes.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey:-

Take equal amount of apple cider vinegar and honey. Mix them well and drink this mixture to get relief from acid reflux properly.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera and Honey:-

Apple Cider Vinegar, Aloe Vera and Honey

Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Mix them well. Drink this mixture regularly to get relief from acid reflux.
